Job summary

CONFIDENZIALE is seeking a Senior Menswear Fashion Designer for a new luxury project based in Milan. You will lead the design of contemporary luxury menswear, blending tailoring with street culture and sport influences to elevate the brand language.

You should have strong industry experience, a deep knowledge of luxury product development, and the ability to work independently within a creative team. Fluent English and Italian are required to collaborate with global partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a luxury fashion company.
• Strong menswear design background.
• Excellent knowledge of luxury product development and fabrics.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility and contemporary vision.
• Ability to work independently and within a creative team.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing menswear collections.
• Researching fabrics, silhouettes and creative direction.
• Following the collection from concept to final development.
• Working closely with suppliers, pattern makers and production teams.
• Supporting fittings and collection execution.
• Contributing to the overall visual and creative identity of the brand.
