Job summary

MR PORTER is seeking a talented Senior Styling Editor to join our Milan studio. You will style and shoot E-Commerce model shots, ensuring alignment with our premium brand vision and high-quality standards.

You’ll mentor assistants and support daily studio operations while maintaining creative flair and workflow efficiency. The role requires at least 6 years in menswear styling for ecommerce or luxury, with strong English skills and a deep knowledge of menswear brands and trends.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in fashion, styling or equivalent is an advantage.
• At least 6 years of experience in Menswear fashion styling within ecommerce or luxury.
• Strong eye for detail and extraordinary styling competence.
• Excellent time management and reliability; strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Style and shoot E-Commerce on model shots reflecting high-quality standards.
• Act as a reference for styling decisions aligning with MR PORTER vision and brand.
• Provide styling feedback and quality control across imagery; contribute to styling guidelines.
• Support production planning, studio operations and resource allocation to meet targets.
• Mentor assistants, junior and mid stylists on set.
• Balance daily targets with creative individual flair.
