TOM FORD fashion is seeking a Senior Menswear Buyer, EMEA to lead regional buying and merchandising strategy for Menswear Ready-to-Wear and Tailoring across the EMEA network. The role demands luxury Menswear expertise, tailoring knowledge, and strong analytical skills to develop assortments, optimize performance, and drive growth in the Menswear category.

This is a leadership position within a global luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in luxury Menswear buying and merchandising.
• Expert knowledge of Tailoring, fabrics, garment construction and fits.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical capabilities and product sensitivity.
• Excellent understanding of luxury retail dynamics and customer expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation and product training skills.
• Ability to independently manage buying activities and collaborate with international teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, organized and results-oriented.
