Job summary

A renowned luxury fashion house in Milan is seeking a Master Tailor / Made-to-Measure Specialist to join its flagship boutique. You will deliver expert tailoring, advise on alterations and made-to-measure services, and travel to support boutiques across the network.

You will work with an international, high‑net‑worth client base, ensuring personalised service and outstanding craftsmanship while upholding the brand's heritage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Master Tailor or Senior Tailor in the luxury fashion industry.
• Strong technical expertise in garment alterations, fitting and tailoring.
• Passion for luxury fashion, craftsmanship and exceptional client service.
• Commercially minded with the ability to build trust and develop long-term client relationships.
• Confident working with an international and high-net-worth clientele.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and willing to travel regularly across the retail network.
• Fluent English is essential. Italian is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience through expert tailoring consultations and garment customisation.
• Provide professional advice on alterations, made-to-measure services and garment fit.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients through outstanding service and personalised recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with boutique teams to support commercial objectives and maximise client satisfaction.
• Travel across the retail network to provide tailoring expertise and support where required.
• Ensure all tailoring work reflects the highest standards of luxury craftsmanship.
• Support visual merchandising, stock management and boutique operations when needed.
• Contribute to achieving individual and store performance targets.
• Maintain impeccable personal presentation in line with luxury retail standards.
