Job summary

Venchi, headquartered in Milan, seeks a data-driven Senior Digital Business Analyst to transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions and growth across the EMEA region. You will partner with marketing, CRM, and product teams to optimize acquisition, conversion and retention across B2C and B2B channels, leveraging GA4, Contentsquare, and AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Digital Analytics, eCommerce Performance, CRO or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in GA4 and digital analytics platforms.
• Experience with Contentsquare, Google Merchant Center and A/B testing tools is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into business recommendations and influence decisions.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics solutions; knowledge of SQL or Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own digital performance analysis and reporting for B2C and B2B in the EMEA region.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs along the customer journey including traffic, views, clicks, AOV and revenue.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, SEO, CRM and Digital Product teams to boost acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Lead web analytics and customer journey analysis with GA4 and Contentsquare.
• Identify conversion barriers and test optimization initiatives (A/B testing).
• Generate merchandising insights to support commercial decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and planning with performance scenarios.
• Leverage AI analytics to automate reporting and improve forecasting.
