Job summary

ARAD Digital SRL in Bologna is seeking a Senior Marketplace Consultant to join our Bologna team, with 3–5 years of marketplace management experience. You will own marketplace strategy across platforms, drive growth, and collaborate with senior consultants and client teams on complex, multi-channel initiatives.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, analytics and AI-enabled solutions to optimize digital sales channels, including international expansion and go-to-market launches.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of marketplace management, e-commerce or channel management experience.
• Proven experience managing international marketplace platforms (Amazon, Zalando, Farfetch or similar) and partner relationships.
• Solid understanding of digital commerce dynamics and key e-commerce performance metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with strong organisational skills.
• Strong analytical and data science mindset with ability to extract insights from data.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Strong interest in digital commerce, omnichannel models and AI applications to business.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
• Based in Bologna or willing to relocate with hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace strategy and management across all platforms and geographies.
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners and define merchandising, marketing strategies.
• Lead the launch of new platforms and markets with go-live coordination.
• Drive business development of new opportunity areas, platforms and partners.
• Monitor channel performance through KPIs such as sales, conversion, traffic, pricing, promotions and stock availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across the omnichannel journey.
• Contribute to channel development plans, including international rollouts.
• Support catalogue, pricing, promotions and content optimisation across digital channels.
• Leverage data science techniques and AI-enabled solutions for decision-making.
