Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketplace management, e‑commerce or channel management roles.
• Proven experience managing international marketplace platforms and partner relationships.
• Strong understanding of digital commerce dynamics and e‑commerce metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple activities with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and data science mindset with data crunching skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Interest in digital commerce, omnichannel models and AI applications.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.
• Based in Bologna or willing to relocate, with hybrid work flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Own marketplace strategy and management across platforms and geographies (including Amazon, Zalando, Farfetch).
• Manage relationships with marketplace partners and coordinate merchandising and campaigns.
• Lead launches of new platforms and markets from business plan to go‑live.
• Drive business development of new opportunities, platforms and partners.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, conversion, traffic, pricing, promotions and stock.
• Coordinate budgeting/forecasting with regions and clients.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM, logistics, tech for omnichannel consistency.
• Support catalogue, pricing, promotions and content optimization across channels.
• Leverage AI-enabled analytics to inform decision making and prepare client insights.
