BeamNG, an independent game and software studio, seeks a Senior Marketing, PR & Communications Specialist to lead cross-channel campaigns from strategy to execution. You will shape messaging for players, media, creators, partners, and the wider gaming community while collaborating with a diverse team across regions.

Competenze

• 8+ years in marketing, PR, or comms, preferably in gaming.
• Strong understanding of game marketing and media ecosystems.
• Excellent written/spoken English; other languages a plus.
• Proven ability to lead multi-channel campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord.
• Portfolio showing player-centric campaigns and community activations.

• Own integrated marketing, PR, and communications campaigns across organic, paid, earned, owned, and partner channels.
• Develop compelling messaging and narratives for product updates, newsletters, storefronts, landing pages, social media, and community platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, creators, influencers, platform partners, and community stakeholders.
• Plan and execute initiatives that grow our audience, strengthen engagement, and amplify BeamNG beats.
• Coordinate content production for promotional materials, ensuring assets are high-quality, on-brand, and aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, audience trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and improve future initiatives.
• Support and guide day-to-day marketing, PR, and community operations, improving workflows and cross-team collaboration.
