bwise Media AG is seeking an experienced Paid Social Manager to own and optimize campaigns across major platforms. You will work with clients remotely from Europe, leveraging AI tools to drive performance and stay ahead of industry developments.

The role emphasizes hands-on management, programmatic and popunder support, and clear communication with clients. English proficiency is essential, and prior iGaming experience is highly valued.

Competenze

• 2–3 years hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Social campaigns.
• Prior iGaming experience strongly preferred, with knowledge of sports betting advertising.
• Experience with Programmatic and Popunder advertising, including setup and optimization.
• Knowledge of Google Ads (Paid Search/PPC) including setup and management.
• Proven client-facing experience and ability to independently manage relationships.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and other Paid Social platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflows.
• Proactive, independent and team-oriented with strong communication.
• Excellent written and spoken English; European residency preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan, launch, manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Manage Programmatic and Popunder campaigns as part of broader performance marketing.
• Monitor performance, analyze data and implement optimization strategies to achieve client goals.
• Act as main client contact, independently handling communication and relationships.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, automate reporting and workflows.
• Stay ahead of platform developments and iGaming regulations.
