Job summary

Peak is seeking an experienced Senior Product Specialist to create the best user experience for our games. You will collaborate with engineers, artists, and cross-functional teams to build, launch, and analyze products.

You’ll lead feature design, own the roadmap, monitor tasks, analyze player behavior, drive the full development cycle, and brainstorm ideas with the team to refine top game experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Deep understanding of mobile casual game mechanics and user behavior.
• Proven ability to make informed decisions based on large datasets.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, bridging creative and technical sides.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of game features, balancing creative vision with data-driven thinking.
• Own the product roadmap and drive the strategic direction of the game.
• Monitor ongoing tasks within the team, ensuring execution stays on track and deadlines are met.
• Analyze player behavior and feature performance to make informed product decisions.
• Drive the full game development cycle, from concept to launch.
• Brainstorm new ideas collaboratively with the team to generate and refine the best games.
