Job summary
Intuitive is seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing leader to drive adoption of da Vinci general surgery indications across Europe. You will lead a team of Clinical Marketers, shape strategic campaigns and develop surgeon champions to expand market adoption.
Strong leadership, market insights and cross-functional collaboration are essential. You will partner with VP Europe Marketing, clinical affairs and product marketing to craft ROI-driven strategies, publish evidence, and support training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life science or business (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years in Clinical/Product marketing in a therapeutic medical device company
- Strong Clinical, Surgical and Operating Theatre experience preferred
- 3+ years of management and talent development experience
- Fluent in English; German and/or French preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement strategic marketing programs for da Vinci indications in General Surgery
- Manage the Clinical Marketers team and provide strategic direction
- Develop market insights, segmentation and ROI-focused strategies
- Collaborate with VP Europe Marketing, MACA and market leaders on priorities
- Develop surgeon education programs, KOLs and training pathways
- Support publication strategies and value-based messaging
- Coordinate with global teams to define marketing requirements and initiatives
- Travel internationally up to 60%
