Job summary

Intuitive in Europe seeks a senior marketing leader to drive strategic programs for da Vinci indications in General Surgery. You will lead a team of Clinical Marketers across subspecialities, shaping strategy, messaging, and ROI-focused initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life science or business; MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience, including 7 years in Clinical/Product marketing, General Surgery preferred.
Fluent in English; German or French preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and implement strategic marketing programs for da Vinci indications in General Surgery across Europe.
Develop surgeon champions and manage Clinical Marketers across subspecialities.
Design, develop and execute European marketing strategies with ROI focus.
Coordinate with market/country marketing and sales leadership on priorities and tactics.
Develop and implement a structured training pathway for surgeon sustainability per procedure indication.
Collaborate with clinical affairs on publication strategies to support adoption goals.
Define marketing promotions and product requirements with European product marketing teams.
Identify surgeon KOLs to create procedure guides and training materials.
