The role requires 8+ years in finance, strong English communication, and willingness to travel ~25%. You will balance technical and soft selling skills while coaching the commercial team and interfacing with capital and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to support and prioritize multiple transactions concurrently.
• Extensive experience within the financing industry, including developing customer finance solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant for the capital sales organization to develop strategic plans and accelerate adoption of da Vinci system financing.
• Lead and manage customer meetings with hospital leadership to discuss financial solutions.
• Deliver and coach on financing programs (FMV leasing, accelerated MIS, rentals, deferred payment leases).
• Provide training to the commercial team on selling financing as part of system sales.
• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to deploy scalable processes.
• Support market development events with customer finance presentations.
• Communicate complex financial concepts to senior stakeholders.
