Job summary

Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Senior Customer Finance Manager to partner with capital sales, delivering customer finance solutions and coaching teams on selling financially. The role focuses on strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable financing offerings to grow the da Vinci system pipeline.

The candidate will advise the capital director and VP teams, support back-office processes, and balance technical and soft selling in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in finance/medtech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• English language mandatory; additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plan for customers and accelerate adoption through flexible financial offerings.
• Serve as primary contact for customer facing financial solutions including FMV leasing and other programs.
• Lead customer meetings with hospital leadership and financial decision makers.
• Lead finance training programs for the commercial team to expand financing knowledge.
• Review program progress with financial decision makers to identify expansion opportunities.
