Vertiv seeks a seasoned Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end product development initiatives in Piove di Sacco, Italy. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, product, and leadership to meet ambitious timelines and cost targets.

The role requires a solid engineering or business background with 3+ years of program management experience, PMP preferred, and proficiency in MS Project or Smartsheet. Some travel within Europe may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is required or preferred.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with project management tools like MS Project or Smartsheet.

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product development.
• Develop and execute project plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Manage risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.
