AGAP2 is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our Milan office. The role focuses on inspection and maintenance within Oil & Gas projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of inspection experience, a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, and strong MS Office skills. The position is full-time and on-site in Milan, with a collaborative, multinational environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of experience in Inspection within Oil & Gas Projects.
• Strong computer literacy (MS Office and reporting tools).
• Ability to work in multinational, cross-functional teams.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and client/contractor relationship skills.
• Demonstrated technical competence in maintenance and inspection.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for Oil & Gas operations.
• Team-oriented and proactive.

Mansioni

• Collect and review inspection and maintenance data from the EPSCC Contractor
• Transmit collected data to the MIEC team on a weekly basis via a secured internal web FTP platform
• Monitor and collect applicable legislation and regulatory documentation relevant to company operations
• Ensure inspection activities align with project specifications and industry standards
• Liaise with multinational teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Support day-to-day maintenance operations and provide technical input where required
