NES Fircroft seeks a Maintenance Interface Project Coordinator for a long-term assignment in Milan, Italy. The role focuses on coordinating maintenance projects and managing interfaces across client teams, contractors, and engineering functions to deliver safe, on-schedule results at the client site.

Requirements include prior Oil & Gas experience and proven ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Competenze

Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Experience in maintenance projects (site-based maintenance execution and/or maintenance project coordination).
Strong coordination and interface management capability with proven experience handling multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

Coordinate maintenance project activities and ensure smooth execution across disciplines and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for interfaces between maintenance, operations, project teams, engineering, and external contractors/vendors.
Develop and maintain interface registers, action trackers, and coordination plans to ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clear.
Facilitate and chair coordination meetings and issue minutes/actions.
Support planning and alignment of work scopes, priorities, schedules, and shutdown/turnaround constraints where applicable.
Monitor progress against milestones, highlight risks/issues early, and drive closure of actions.
Ensure coordination activities comply with applicable HSE and site rules, including permit-to-work / access constraints.
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation, ensuring key decisions and changes are captured and communicated.
