Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of professional experience in Fashion or Luxury.
• Current role inside Fashion or Luxury company preferred.
• Deep expertise in Luxury, Fashion, Digital, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Innovation.
• Experience with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide luxury-focused strategic advisory on digital, communication, and brand transformation.
• Help clients shape long-term digital strategies and consumer engagement.
• Develop senior-level perspectives on brand communication, positioning and channels.
• Support luxury brands in maintaining heritage, identity and desirability during transformation.
• Interpret consumer culture shifts and translate into strategic implications.
• Evaluate how AI and emerging tech create opportunities for luxury brands.
