Your Role

We are looking for a Senior Luxury Advisor for Digital & Communication Strategy to join Ingenium in a senior advisory position.

We are specifically looking for an established Fashion & Luxury executive with at least 15–20 years of professional experience, who currently works within the Fashion or Luxury industry and brings first‑hand knowledge of how leading brands operate, communicate and evolve.

The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of the Luxury industry with senior expertise across digital strategy, communication, brand transformation, consumer engagement and innovation.

This is not a traditional communication role. You will bring an executive industry perspective to our advisory work, helping brands navigate transformation while protecting the culture, desirability and distinctive value that define Luxury.

What you will do

• Luxury Strategic Advisory: Advise senior executives on the evolution of Fashion and Luxury, with a focus on digital, communication, innovation and brand transformation.
• Digital Strategy: Help clients understand how digital channels, technologies and changing consumer behaviours should influence their long-term strategy.
• Communication Strategy: Develop senior-level perspectives and recommendations around brand communication, positioning, content and new channels.
• Brand Transformation: Support Luxury companies in evolving their brands while preserving heritage, identity, desirability and cultural relevance.
• Consumer & Cultural Intelligence: Interpret shifts in consumer behaviour, culture, media and digital ecosystems and translate them into strategic implications.
• Innovation & Technology: Evaluate how emerging technologies and AI can create meaningful opportunities for Luxury brands and their customers.
• Executive Advisory: Work directly with C-level executives and senior leadership teams on complex strategic questions.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute original perspectives on the future of Luxury, communication, digital culture and consumer engagement.
• Strategic Projects: Lead and contribute to high-level research, analysis, recommendations, workshops and executive presentations.
• Industry Intelligence: Bring first-hand understanding of Fashion and Luxury organizations, decision-making processes, competitive dynamics and market evolution.

Requirements

• 15–20+ years of professional experience is required. This is a senior position only.
• Current professional experience within a Fashion or Luxury company is strongly preferred.
• Extensive senior-level experience across Luxury, Fashion, Digital, Communication, Brand Strategy, Marketing, Innovation or Transformation.
• Previous experience as Director, VP, Head of, C-level executive or in a comparable senior leadership position.
• Deep understanding of the Fashion and Luxury industry, its business models, consumers, culture and competitive dynamics.
• Strong expertise in digital transformation, communication strategy and evolving consumer behaviours.
• Ability to understand technology and AI through the lens of Luxury brand strategy and customer experience.
• Proven experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with exceptional sensitivity to brand, culture and communication.
• Excellent presentation, communication and executive relationship-management skills.
• Established international perspective and strong knowledge of the global Luxury ecosystem.
• Fluent Italian and English are required.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial and international environment.
