Job summary

Prada Group in Milan seeks an Innovation Manager to join our Digital team, reporting to the Group Digital Director. You will identify emerging technologies, lead cross-functional innovation projects and scale AI-driven solutions across content production, algorithms, clienteling and CRM.

Fluency in Italian and English is required; the role is on-site in Milan with a strong focus on business impact and value creation within the luxury sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical, scientific, economic or humanities disciplines.
• Experience in innovation management or digital transformation in luxury sectors.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2+).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess emerging technologies including AI and Generative AI.
• Own and deliver a portfolio of innovation projects from ideation to roll-out.
• Lead pilots and scale solutions into product art direction and customer experience.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, digital, product and front-end teams.
