The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets in Italy is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager to lead day-to-day leasing activities for the mall portfolio, building strong relationships with existing and prospective luxury brands, and driving opportunities from initial discussions to signature.

The role involves coordinating with Corporate Leasing, Finance and Legal, managing negotiations, and ensuring timely approvals while aligning with the group's luxury positioning.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, economics, real estate or finance with relevant leasing experience.
• Approximately 4–7 years of leasing or shopping centre experience.
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage relationships with brands/tenants.
• Autonomous, proactive and well-organised with strong follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Mall leasing pipeline and follow up on opportunities and negotiations.
• Serve as the day-to-day leasing contact for existing and prospective brands.
• Maintain regular dialogue with brands to understand priorities and expansion plans.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiate terms within approved guidelines.
• Prepare leasing proposals and coordinate with Finance and Legal on reviews.
• Provide visibility on pipeline, negotiations, risks and next steps.
