Bulgari in Milan's flagship store is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to drive luxury sales and provide exceptional customer service. You will engage clients, maintain brand standards, and contribute to KPI targets while representing the Bulgari brand with elegance and expertise.

The role emphasizes high-end clienteling, retail excellence, and a passion for fine jewellery and watches. A proactive, network-oriented attitude will be valued in this premium environment.

Competenze

• 6-8 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
• Knowledge of fine Jewellery & Watches is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and outstanding customer orientation.
• Passion for the brand.

Mansioni

• Maximize sales opportunity deriving from any entrance in store.
• Acting as a Brand Ambassador by representing and promoting the brand inside and outside of the Store, by engaging and acquiring potential customers. This involve taking part in networking events
• Contribute to the KPIs achievement
• Handle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints)
• Handle sales process as per delivery standards (from Welcome to Packaging)
