Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Senior / Client Advisor in Milano to uphold the brand's Tiffany style and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will guide clients across the Brand, uncover their needs, and proactively reach out to build a loyal client base.

The role emphasizes diamonds, high jewelry, and a refined clienteling approach, with in-store and private appointments contributing to team goals and brand elevation.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, preferably jewelry.
• Passion to engage clients in store and at special occasions.
• Empathy and ability to build loyal client relationships.
• Flexible with strong problem solving skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

• Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining Tiffany style in client interactions.

• Host Private Appointments and prospect new clients through networks.

• Drive business through key product pillars, focusing on Diamonds & High Jewelry.
• Maintain grooming and brand standards; ensure inventory accuracy.
