Bvlgari’s Milan flagship seeks a Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury service, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s prestigious environment. You will engage clients and represent the brand at events, ensuring a visually exquisite store experience in line with Bulgari’s spirit.

The role requires 6–8 years in luxury retail, outstanding selling skills, strong interpersonal abilities and a passion for the brand.

Competenze

• 6-8 years of luxury retail sales experience.
• Excellent selling skills and customer focus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for the Bulgari brand.
• Knowledge of fine Jewellery & Watches is a plus.

Mansioni

• Maximize sales opportunities from every entrance in store.
• Act as Brand Ambassador promoting the brand inside and outside the store; engage with potential customers.
• Contribute to KPI achievement.
• Handle all clients/prospects entering the store for browsing, purchase, after-sales, or complaints.
• Manage the sales process from Welcome to Packaging.
