Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking a Senior Specialist Logistics Process & Digital Tools Professional to standardize, optimize and digitalize logistics across the end-to-end supply chain. You will bridge Logistics Operations and Digital Technology, translating needs into clear digital requirements for solution development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process management, digital transformation or related field.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes including transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and understanding of how ERP supports logistics processes.
• Experience in digital projects and translating business needs into functional and system requirements.
• Good process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Hold, standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across IET, including transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs.
• Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements and ensure end-to-end process alignment with Digital Technology and development teams.
• Act as key process owner throughout the digital solution lifecycle from requirements through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Support and coordinate SIT and UAT, defining test scenarios and validating solutions before deployment.
• Leverage ERP knowledge, particularly Oracle, to assess impacts and drive WMS evolution in line with warehouse operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and process visibility using OBIEE and other tools.
• Identify and support automation and AI opportunities (RPA/AI-enabled apps) across logistics processes.
• Support change management, training and user adoption post-implementation.
