Job summary

Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Senior Specialist Logistics Process & Digital Tools Professional to standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics across Transportation, Inbound, Warehouse Management, Picking, Outbound and Customs, with focus on WMS evolution.

You will bridge Logistics Operations and Digital Technology, translate business needs into digital requirements, support SIT/UAT, and drive analytics, reporting and automation projects using Oracle ERP, OBIEE and PowerBI, while enabling

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, process management, digital transformation or a related field.
Solid understanding of end-to-end logistics processes, including transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and a good understanding of how ERP solutions support logistics processes.
Experience in digital projects and ability to translate business and process requirements into functional and system requirements.
Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools preferably OBIEE, PowerBI.
Understand automation and emerging digital technologies, including RPA and AI, with the ability to work with technical teams.
Good process analysis, problem-solving and continuous improvement skills.
Fluency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Hold, standardize and optimize end-to-end logistics processes across IET, covering transportation, inbound, warehouse management, picking, outbound and customs, promoting simplification and best practices.
Translate operational needs into clear functional requirements, collaborating with Digital Technology and development teams.
Act as the key process owner throughout the digital solution lifecycle from evaluation to deployment and post-implementation support.
Support and coordinate SIT and UAT, including defining test scenarios and validating solutions.
Support ERP-related impacts and evolution of logistics solutions, driving WMS adoption in line with standard processes.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, analytics and process visibility using OBIEE/PowerBI.
Identify and support automation and AI opportunities across logistics processes.
