Job summary

Flexport Italy in Milan is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to build and scale our Italian presence in freight forwarding and tech-enabled freight solutions. You will lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with senior-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in freight forwarding or logistics with a sales role.
• Experience in the logistics industry is essential (freight forwarding strongly preferred).
• Fluent English and Italian are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Flexport Italy in Milan with high ambition.
• Identify good-fit clients, both self-sourced and from SDRs.
• Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and pains.
• Create value-added solutions and demonstrate capabilities remotely or in-person.
• Close deals and own the end-to-end sales cycle.
• Lead the customer onboarding with internal teams to ensure success.
