Ecolab is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for the Life Sciences market in Italy. The role focuses on developing and commercializing cleaning and disinfection solutions for pharmaceutical and personal care manufacturers, leveraging deep market knowledge and a consultative sales approach.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of sales experience in cleanroom solutions, be fluent in English, and willing to travel within Italy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biology, Microbiology, Science or related field.
• 10 yrs+ of experience selling cleanroom solutions and consumables to Pharmaceutical Manufacturers using a consultative approach.
• Ideally prior experience working in industrial environments (in Personal Care).
• Willingness to travel within Italy.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong interpersonal, intercultural & relationship skills.
• Analytical skills, learning agility and proactive hands-on approach.
• Project management, organizational and planning skills.

• Drive new customer acquisition with a hunter approach to expand our market presence in pharmaceutical industries.
• Manage significant deal volume and target account pipelines.
