Ecolab is looking for a District Manager to join its Food and Beverage Division in Middle-South Italy.

Within our industry leading F&B division, this outside sales offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to meet the needs of customers across the Food, Beverage and Dairy Manufacturing industry. As a District Manager you will manage a sales budget to achieve sales and expense budget. You will develop and lead a team of Account Manager. Within the team, you will be responsible for coordinating district initial services, ensuring service excellence, managing open routes, pursuing sales opportunities, and performing quality assurance visits.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee a team of Account Manager (individual development, motivation, assessment and feedback)
• Manage area business process to maximize route productivity and ensure consistent service delivery
• Fully understand Ecolab protocols and procedures to assure quality service and compliance with applicable regulations / laws
• Manage district P&L to maximize profitability
• Management Area: Middle-South Italy + Italian islands

Minimum Qualifications:

• Scientific Degree
• Solid experience in sales functions and in people management
• Previous experience in related businesses
• PC skills: proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Very fluent in english
• Exceptional communication & organizational skills
• Italian mother tongue and advanced English language skills
• Must be able to travel up to 30% including overnight for business

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing a remote workforce.
• Ability to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

Compensation Range:

The annual total compensation range for this position is 71,800 - 107,600 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
