Bending Spoons S.p.A. is seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee cross-border commercial, IP, and AI-governance matters with exposure to high‑value SaaS agreements and technology licensing.

The role offers equity and a fast track to senior counsel, with remote options across European hubs including Milan, London, Madrid, and Warsaw. You will work closely with product and engineering teams on regulatory, contractual and governance challenges.

Qualifications

• Law degree (LL.B. / J.D. or equivalent).
• Significant experience as a senior associate at a top-tier law firm (e.g., Magic Circle) or as an in-house counsel handling complex commercial, IP, AI-governance and cross-border matters.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate high-value SaaS, licensing and technology agreements.
• Fluency in English; additional European language(s) a plus.

Responsabilités

• Cross-Border Commercial Contracts: manage contracts across 30+ jurisdictions with currency risk clauses and data-transfer safeguards.
• Product-Launch Compliance: ensure consumer-protection disclosures, terms updates, and AI-model transparency obligations.
• AI Governance & IP: advise on model-training data licenses, bias mitigation, and protection of proprietary code.
