Bending Spoons in Milan, Italy seeks a talented lawyer to join our fast-growing team. You will support cross-border acquisitions, advise on financing, draft and negotiate vendor and customer contracts, and help build scalable legal tools using AI-powered workflows.

Qualifications

• After obtaining a law degree, you practiced at a law firm or as in-house counsel for a period of time.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• You can solve complex problems from first principles and structure your ideas sharply.

Responsibilities

• Support our acquisitions by advising Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions on cross-border deals and post-completion integration.
• Advise on financing and capital matters with Finance on debt/equity financing and investments.
• Draft and negotiate cross-border contracts including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, SaaS and other technology-related agreements.
• Build scalable legal tools by creating forms, playbooks, and AI-powered workflows.
• Stay ahead of regulation by monitoring developments and identifying value opportunities.
