You will draft and negotiate technology and IP agreements, advise on product decisions and business transactions, and build scalable tools that integrate AI-powered workflows, while staying ahead of regulatory developments to unlock value.

Responsibilities

• Shape our intellectual property strategy and build scalable processes.
• Manage our portfolio: identify trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and design rights; drive decisions across jurisdictions.
• Run IP disputes and enforcement with outside counsel; uphold high standards of work.
• Draft and negotiate technology and IP agreements with sound judgment and risk management.
• Be a generalist: provide legal advice on product decisions, commercial transactions, and acquisitions.
• Build scalable legal tools: playbooks, forms, and AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify opportunities to unlock value.
