The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager who will oversee day-to-day leasing activities at the mall, maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective brands and guiding opportunities from initial discussions to signature. The selected candidate will coordinate with internal teams including Corporate Leasing, Finance and Legal.

Based in Milan or Florence, the role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple deals

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres or outlets.
• Solid experience in commercial negotiations and managing relationships with brands/tenants.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple negotiations and priorities.

Your opportunity

The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Senior Leasing Manager. The position can be based either in Milan or Florence, with the final location to be determined based on the profile and experience of the selected candidate.

The Senior Leasing Manager will manage the day-to-day leasing activities of the Mall, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective brands and supporting the effective progression of leasing opportunities and negotiations. The role will manage the leasing pipeline from initial discussions through to agreement and signature, ensuring effective coordination with the relevant internal stakeholders, including Corporate Leasing, Finance and Legal, throughout the deal review and approval process.

How you will contribute

• Manage and regularly update the Mall’s leasing pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up of ongoing opportunities and negotiations.
• Act as the main day-to-day leasing contact for existing and prospective brands, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Maintain regular dialogue with brands to understand their business priorities, expansion plans and potential opportunities.
• Manage commercial discussions and negotiations within agreed guidelines, from initial proposal through to agreement and signature.
• Prepare leasing proposals and support the definition and negotiation of key commercial terms.
• Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders on key negotiations and material commercial matters.
• Work closely with Finance and Legal throughout the leasing process, ensuring that financial, contractual and legal matters are appropriately reviewed.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding actions, approvals and documentation related to ongoing deals.
• Provide clear and regular visibility on the leasing pipeline, ongoing negotiations, key opportunities, risks and next steps.
• Monitor the market and identify relevant brands and commercial opportunities in line with the Mall’s positioning.
• Contribute to the development and optimisation of the Mall’s tenant and brand mix.

Who you are

• You have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Finance or a related field, with approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres, outlets or a comparable commercial environment.
• You have solid experience in commercial negotiations and managing relationships with brands and/or tenants.
• You have commercial and negotiation skills and are comfortable managing leasing activities with a good level of autonomy.
• You are proactive and well organised, with strong follow-up skills and the ability to manage multiple negotiations and priorities simultaneously.
• You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable interacting with brands as well as different internal stakeholders.
• You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal and within defined approval and governance processes.
• You have a pragmatic, hands‑on and solution-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Previous experience within a premium, luxury, outlet or shopping centre environment would be considered an advantage.
• You are fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken; additional languages would be a plus
