The Mall Simon Luxury Outlets is seeking a Senior Leasing Manager who will oversee day-to-day leasing activities at the mall, maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective brands and guiding opportunities from initial discussions to signature. The selected candidate will coordinate with internal teams including Corporate Leasing, Finance and Legal.

Based in Milan or Florence, the role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple deals

Competenze

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate, Finance or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in leasing, commercial real estate, shopping centres or outlets.
• Solid experience in commercial negotiations and managing relationships with brands/tenants.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple negotiations and priorities.

Mansioni

• Manage and update the Mall’s leasing pipeline and opportunities.
• Serve as main day-to-day leasing contact for brands and tenants.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective brands.
• Lead negotiations and coordinate with Finance and Legal on deals.
