Naples College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks an Associate Dean for Student Services to lead the integrated planning, oversight, and continuous improvement of student services including Admissions, Student Affairs, Financial Aid, Registrar, learning support, and wellbeing programs.

The role reports to the Dean and Chief Academic Officer, collaborating with faculty and staff to advance student success, professional formation, and regulatory compliance while stewarding budget and resources.

Competenze

• Graduate or professional degree from an accredited institution.
• Progressive leadership experience in student services, medical education, or related health professions environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people, programs, and complex processes.
• Knowledge of student-services operations and regulatory/compliance expectations.
• Excellent written and oral communication across diverse constituencies.
• Experience with AI and emerging technologies to improve student support and service integration.
