Competenze

• Two years front-end office experience and two years medical billing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Supervise Medical, Dental, Vision and Behavioral Health Access Coordinators.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and coverage across all Access Coordinator functions.
• Coordinate vacation, sick leave, and other staffing needs.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new Access Coordinators.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient access and service quality.
• Monitor front desk operations and optimize provider scheduling for Medicaid/Medicare populations.
