Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone (GO) seeks a Sr. Manager of Component Delivery Management to lead end-to-end governance of component delivery in a nuclear-qualified manufacturing environment.

You will report to the Operations Director, drive planning and execution, ensure readiness and regulatory compliance, and lead a team to improve delivery performance while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or a related technical or managerial discipline preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in project, program, delivery, engineering, manufacturing, or contract management, including minimum 5 years leading project managers, Component Delivery Managers, or multi-project organizations.
• PMP, PRINCE2, program management, risk management, Lean, nuclear-quality, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• English: professional working proficiency; Italian: fluent or professional working proficiency where required.

Mansioni

• Ensure Nuclear Safety, Quality, and Compliance in Component Delivery.
• Own End-to-End Component Delivery Governance and ensure alignment between production and fabrication status, quality release and documentation readiness.
• Manage Delivery Planning, Commitment, and Execution and monitor progress against commitments.
• Ensure Component Readiness and Configuration Integrity with full traceability and documentation.
• Interface with internal/external customers, Quality, and Regulatory Authorities to support audits and inspections.
• Lead and Develop the Delivery Management Organization with consistent application of rules and escalation criteria.
• Drive Continuous Improvement in Delivery Performance by addressing root causes and implementing structural improvements.
• Manage Delivery Risk and Escalation with proactive risk registers and recovery plans.
