You will report to the Operations Director and lead the operations leadership team within a regulated nuclear environment. The role requires deep expertise in nuclear safety, quality systems, and capacity planning, with a track record of driving continuous improvement and strong governance across fabrication, welding, NDE and

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing or operations with leadership experience in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of nuclear safety, quality, and capacity planning.

Mansioni

• Ensure Nuclear Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance across operations.
• Provide governance of fabrication and production to meet project demand.
• Manage performance to ensure commitments are met through compliant means.
• Govern capacity, resources, and capability including workforce, equipment, and space.
• Lead and develop the Operations Leadership Team with focus on nuclear safety.
• Govern special processes with appropriate technical independence and oversight.
