Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone, Italy seeks a Site Health and Safety Manager to define and update site safety rules in line with Italian laws. You will lead a small team of safety engineers, ensure daily compliance, train staff, and report to Site Leader.

The role is onsite with an 8+ year safety background and English B1 proficiency. The position entails coordination with corporate functions, reviewing investments, and maintaining emergency procedures.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of operations, RSPP, Safety experience in workshops.
• Experience leading safety programs.
• Execution leadership experience.
• Cross-functional coordination.
• Intermediate English competency at B1

Mansioni

• Provide direct leadership to the team of safety engineers to ensure rules are clear, understood and updated.
• Perform daily shop walkdowns to assure safety rules are respected.
• Provide direction to on-site leaders and managers on Safety rules.
• Collect suggestions on safety improvements from workers and supervisors.
• Be the central connection point between the site and corporate functions for Health and Safety.
