Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking a Component Delivery Manager to support the Senior CDM across project lifecycle, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, quality and safety goals are met.

You will help manage the project team, coordinate with planning and procurement, and monitor progress and risks. The role is 100% onsite in Monfalcone, Italy, with limited flexible work.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or Engineering.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing/project experience.
• English level B1 or higher.

About The Role

As a Component Delivery Manager (CDM) you will support the Senior Component Delivery Manager (Sr CDM) on project lifecycle such as estimation and execution in a way that scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety goals are met, according to the Company Project & Quality Procedures. You will support in managing the project team to meet monthly goals set by Senior Project Manager and Your department.

You will report to the Head of Component Delivery Management and be located at Monfalcone (Italy). The type of role requires a 100% of onsite presence with limited possibility of flexible working arrangements.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the Project Team, focusing Safety, Quality, Costs and OTD
• Support the SR CDM leading the project team to complete the project. With the support of project team, the CDM; accomplish the strategy identified by the Sr CDM for a profitable execution;
• Control and Management of project costs, risk and opportunities
• Support the Sr CDM on estimations before order acquisition and control the project costs ensuring completion within the assigned budget.
• Monitor and expedite daily/monthly project progress, meeting the project goals set by Sr CDM.
• Monitor contingencies based on assessed Risks & Opportunities prepared together with Sr CDM.
• Support Sr CDM to assess scope changes according to the Company Project Procedures ensuring cost and schedule impacts recognition.
• Control and Management of the project schedule
• Daily/monthly development and control of project schedule to ensure the forecasted project progress and goals set with Sr CDM . The CDM gathers all department inputs to develop a reliable project schedule with Planner support, managing project planning, float and resource loads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree graduate from any major including Engineering Degree
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Environment is required
• Fluency in English language level B1 (intermediate level)
• Experience making decisions and working in a technical environment
• Motivated to obtain results

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €44,500 to €57,000 per year.
