Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (Lakebase) to collaborate with Account Executives and GTM teams, devising strategies across accounts and delivering compelling demonstrations, assets, and presentations. You will help clients adopt Lakebase in alignment with business objectives and join a global effort to scale revenue.

You will leverage 10+ years of OLTP and data engineering experience, cloud platform know-how, and pre-sales skills to drive complex data solutions while maintaining

Competenze

• 10+ years in a customer-facing, pre-sales or consulting role influencing technical executives and data strategy.
• Credibility in OLTP products with market insight to shape roadmap capabilities.
• Experience architecting solutions that integrate transactional data with Big Data, Lakehouse, and AI ecosystems.
• Infrastructure, platform and administration expertise around disaster recovery, high availability, backup and recovery, scale-out, identity and security management, migrations.

• Collaborate with GTM leadership and account teams to design and execute high-impact engagement strategies across your territory.
• Act as a trusted Solutions Architect and ensure technical credibility to drive product adoption and vision.
• Develop customer-facing collateral and workshops to increase technical knowledge and thought leadership.
• Influence product roadmap by translating data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
• Handle complex technical challenges as tier-3 escalation for field and ensure customer success.
