Databricks is seeking a Lakebase Sales Specialist to drive adoption of Lakebase, our fully-managed Postgres offering for operational workloads and AI-native applications. You will partner with regional Account Executives to land Lakebase activations and guide customers through multi-stakeholder buying journeys.

In this role you will articulate business value, run complex sales cycles, and align with Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success to unlock growth across the territory.

Competenze

• Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with multi-stakeholder deals.
• Ability to sell data platforms and operational databases to technical and business buyers.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and AI/analytics implications.

• Lead Lakebase activations and drive revenue within the defined territory.
• Engage with platform, data and dev teams to articulate Lakebase value and ROI.
