Angelini Pharma seeks a Learning & Development Senior Specialist to build a modern, measurable learning ecosystem in a global organization. The role fixes a 12-month contract and focuses on creating capable leadership and employee journeys tied to business impact.

You will design the corporate Learning Catalogue, develop structured learning journeys, and ensure programs align with the Leadership Model while partnering with stakeholders and external partners.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-4 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development.
• Experience designing and managing corporate learning portfolios in multinational organizations.
• Strong project and stakeholder management with excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and digital learning technologies.
• Familiarity with 70-20-10, blended learning, leadership development, capability academies, microlearning.
• Data-driven approach to translate business needs into learning solutions.

Mansioni

• Support the execution of the company-wide L&D strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities and Talent Management processes.
• Design and coordinate high-impact learning initiatives using multiple methodologies, collaborating with experts and external partners on content quality.
• Translate Performance Reviews, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning and Individual Development Plans into targeted development initiatives linked to career growth and succession readiness.
• Ensure learning pathways support both current capability needs and the future leadership pipeline.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Functional Leaders and People Managers to identify development priorities and monitor learning effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external learning providers, leadership development partners and digital learning vendors, supporting budget planning and vendor performance management.
• Monitor learning participation, experience and business impact through qualitative and quantitative metrics, using analytics and talent insights.
