Job summary

Starion in Frascati, Italy, is seeking an ITSM Service Catalogue Manager to lead the design and governance of the IT Service Catalogue using BMC Helix ITSM and DWP Catalog. You will own end-to-end catalogue lifecycle, collaborate with service owners and international stakeholders, and drive scalable, standards-based catalogue solutions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and deep ITSM/ITIL knowledge, with fluent English. Salary: €45,000–€55,000 gross/year with CCNL 2 level, in Italy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong experience designing and managing enterprise IT Service Catalogues.
• Expertise in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog (DWP Catalog) and integration with BMC Helix ITSM.
• Experience designing catalogue services, forms, questionnaires, approvals, entitlements and fulfilment workflows.
• Strong knowledge of service catalogue architecture, taxonomy, categorisation and lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of ITSM and ITIL service management principles.
• Experience in defining catalogue standards, templates, naming conventions and governance.
• Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
• Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Shape and enhance service catalogue offerings in BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog (DWP Catalog).
• Create streamlined request journeys, defining forms, questionnaires, approvals, entitlements, routing and fulfilment processes.
• Drive consistent catalogue design, establishing clear standards and reusable patterns across services, forms, approvals and fulfilment.
• Own the end-to-end catalogue lifecycle, from initial design and publication through continuous improvement and retirement.
• Optimise and simplify the catalogue, reducing duplication and complexity while ensuring services remain accurate and relevant.
• Act as the BMC Helix Service Catalogue subject‑matter expert, delivering hands‑on configuration, troubleshooting and quality assurance.
• Evaluate key dependencies with downstream BMC Helix ITSM processes and collaborate with technical teams on platform changes and integrations.
• Partner with service owners and business stakeholders to challenge requirements and deliver smart, standardised and sustainable catalogue solutions.
