Arcwide is seeking an Enterprise Service Management Analyst in Milan to help Italian and international companies transform how they manage services and digital operations through ITSM and ESM technology. This full-time role reports to the Project Manager and works with senior consultants on project activities across analysis, design, configuration, testing, and post go-live support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience or relevant internship in consulting, business analysis, software implementation, application support, IT service management, or enterprise service management.
• Exposure to project activities such as requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, testing, training preparation, or user support.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to project activities from analysis and solution design support to configuration, testing, go-live prep, and post go-live support.
• Support business process analysis and document customer requirements, process flows, and project decisions.
• Prepare and maintain deliverables like scoping docs, business process flows, meeting notes, status updates, user guides, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
• Assist in software configuration, functional specs, system validation, and functional testing under senior guidance.
• Support data migration, basic data validation, and system conversion with the team.
• Provide light application management support, including first analysis of user requests and ticket follow-up.
• Assist customers during project and post go-live activities with user assistance and training material preparation.
• Monitor project activities, track actions, and prepare status updates for stakeholders.
