Job summary

Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled BMC Helix Administrator to maintain and optimize our Helix environments. This remote role focuses on administering configurations, managing access, and ensuring high availability of ITSM processes.

You will collaborate with technical teams, monitor system health, and implement best practices to streamline operations. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of BMC Helix experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of administering BMC Helix or similar ITSM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of BMC Helix architecture, components, and administration.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management workflows within BMC Helix.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
• BMC certifications or ITSM training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer BMC Helix applications, including configurations, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Monitor system health and performance to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users of the platform.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with cross‑functional teams.
• Document configurations, maintenance procedures, and best practices for future reference.
• Analyze system functionalities and stakeholder needs to propose enhancements.
• Stay up-to-date on BMC Helix developments and contribute to ITSM improvements.
