FICEP S.p.A. is seeking an IT System Administrator to join the IT team and report to the IT System Manager. The role includes providing helpdesk support via phone, email and chat, and resolving hardware/software issues across PCs and mobile devices.

You will prepare technical documentation for NIS2 and ISO 9001 compliance, manage the telephone system, and maintain security logs, networks, and virtual/physical servers. This is a full-time, on-site position in Lombardy.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Ability to interact effectively with internal users and IT suppliers.
• Ability to adapt quickly and learn and apply company policies and procedures.

Mansioni

• Providing IT systems helpdesk support to internal users via telephone, email and chat.
• Resolving hardware and software issues on PCs and devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ensuring requests are handled efficiently, professionally and confidentially.
• Preparing and updating technical documentation related to NIS2 and ISO 9001 requirements.
