Ingersoll Rand Parma, Italy site is seeking an IT Field Service Technician Level 2 to provide advanced technical support for IT infrastructure and end-user computing across Italy, ensuring service continuity at the Parma site and on-site support at other Italian locations.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, log incidents in ServiceNow, and collaborate with global Server, Network and Security teams.

Competenze

• 3–6 years IT support/field service experience.
• 0
• Strong troubleshooting across desktop, apps and basic networking.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11, M365/Teams, AD and basic networking.
• Good English communication, written and verbal.

Mansioni

• Provide 2nd-level on-site and remote IT support for end users.
• Log and manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support global infrastructure teams with local hands-on activities.
• Manage end-user devices and asset lifecycle.
• Participate in IT projects (M&A, upgrades, deployments).
• Ensure compliance with global IT standards and security requirements.
