• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complex IT programs comprising multiple projects and workstreams.
• Establish program governance structures, delivery frameworks, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage program budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Ensure alignment between program objectives, business priorities, and delivery outcomes.
• Provide regular program updates and performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
• Support Agile ceremonies and promote iterative delivery and change management.
