Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Florence seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to uphold the brand’s luxury presentation across product categories and enhance client experience in store. You will lead category launches, oversee image, lighting, and furnishings, and collaborate with central teams to maintain high standards.

You will mentor in-store VM interns, share insights after rotations, and ensure consistent VM guidance to support sales performance and a sophisticated store environment.

Qualifications

• Luxury goods-focused VM experience preferred.
• Strong sense of style and fashion awareness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and implement store VM zoning and rotations in collaboration with Store Management
• Responsible for windows installation and events set up
• Share qualitative visual feedback after each rotation with the Visual Merchandising Manager and Central team
• Be the ambassador and the role model in store
• Master knowledge on all product categories
• Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales and engage Store management
• Manage, guide, develop In Store VMs interns
• Visit competitors and report best practices
• Guide and train the stores team through VM standards
• Engage and sensitize all sales team to maintenance and product replacement
